Enterprise Project Manager

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing, facilitating, controlling, and supporting the execution of bank projects in accordance with Riyad Bank's approved Project Management Methodology. The objective is to ensure that project deliverables and milestones are met within defined budgets and timeframes, aligning with internal client requirements and the bank's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, approach, charter, and plans, and conduct post-implementation reviews with functional areas.
• Lead the streamlined execution of managed projects, overseeing delivery, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage time, cost, resources, risks, and vendor relationships across assigned projects.
• Track and report on project plan health, change control, issues, and risks, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
• Liaise directly with stakeholders across functional areas to support initiative development and prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with EPMO standards and processes throughout all project lifecycle stages.
• Create all project documents using agreed EPMO templates and assist in mobilizing project teams during initiation.
• Ensure high quality deliverables to business units and vendors, meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage project task and activity timelines for milestone completion and critical path management.
• Manage assigned time of EPMO Business Analysts and provide training in PM tools and techniques.
• Monitor the execution progress of tasks assigned to project team members against timelines and scope.
• Track and report project progress, taking ownership for issue resolution and escalating complex problems.
• Monitor actual costs against budget and provide analytical information to the Project Steering Committee and EPMO.
• Manage external vendors and/or internal developers to achieve agreed project outcomes.
• Review and evaluate submitted project deliverables for completeness and alignment with objectives.
• Prepare presentations for the Project Steering Committee regarding project development, cost, and identified issues.
• Review vendor invoices, assess deliverable completion, and authorize payment or rejection.

Operational and Compliance Standards

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Implement day-to-day operations assigned for the EPMO to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.

Continuous Improvement and Reporting

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, considering international best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Prepare timely and accurate progress reports in accordance with company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management.

Undertake any other related duties or tasks as directed and required by Riyad Bank.
