About the Role

Bonafide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, commercial management, and delivery of complex projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing multiple project teams. The role focuses on ensuring project profitability, strengthening client relationships, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from planning through execution and close-out, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and margin protection across assigned projects.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and favorable contractual terms.
• Review project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and change requests to ensure effective project governance.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Procurement, Finance, Production, and other stakeholders during project planning and execution.
• Support proposal development, project pricing, budgeting, and bid submissions for new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation standards, quality requirements, and health & safety regulations.
• Capture project insights, lessons learned, and performance data to improve future project delivery and organizational knowledge.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers while promoting best practices across the project management function.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or project management within a related industry.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-million project budgets and protecting project profitability.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, commercial management, and client relationship management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
