The Role of Senior QS Manager

As a Senior QS Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening the commercial performance across complex construction projects. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is focused on providing reliable cost leadership and supporting sound financial decision-making. The role helps project teams maintain control over budgets, valuations, and commercial outcomes from the tender stage through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for major projects.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow against approved budgets.
• Evaluate contractor claims and negotiate fair commercial settlements.
• Provide quantity take-offs, measurement, and valuation of completed works.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial management role within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage commercial aspects of complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial decision-making processes.
