About the Role

Zuhair Fayez Partnership (ZFP) is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join its Quality Department in Riyadh. This role is integral to setting and safeguarding the quality standards for ambitious engineering and infrastructure projects within the region. The position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers.
• Conduct internal quality audits.
• Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to integrate QA/QC processes throughout all project phases.
• Oversee quality control activities from the design stage through to project delivery.
• Verify that all project deliverables comply with the company's Quality System Procedures before client submission.
• Promote adherence to ISO 9001 standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering and/or construction.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in infrastructure or construction design.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within an engineering consultancy.
• Possession of ISO 9001 (latest edition) Lead Auditor certification.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation, or eligibility to obtain it.

Required Skills

• Strong English communication abilities.
• Sharp analytical skills.
• Proficient command of MS Office Suite and Power BI.
