The Senior Recon Consultant Opportunity

TCS is seeking a Senior Recon Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on reconciliation processes, operational control, and ensuring compliance within a dynamic business environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Liaise and interact with relevant stakeholders to understand the overall operational landscape.
• Engage with stakeholders to address system-related issues.
• Interpret control reports and disseminate them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Establish performance baselines and define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor, track, and report on performance against established service level goals and benchmarks.
• Provide subject matter expertise for business-driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership, and operations-related projects as required.
• Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce actionable results and reports.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), change and governance teams, technology, and operational leads to drive necessary changes.
• Conduct governance calls to review aged and high-value exceptions, securing appropriate timelines for their resolution.
• Coordinate with the Risk & Compliance Department to ensure proper implementation of reconciliation policies and procedures.
• Implement a control framework for continuous assessment and mitigation of operational risk within operations control.
• Ensure procedures are adequate to maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements and policies.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of professional experience in reconciliation, operational control, and risk management. A proven track record of stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and compliance assurance is essential.
