Role Overview
I(TS)2 is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving sales and business growth within a defined territory or industry across Saudi Arabia. The Senior Sales Account Manager will engage with target customers, understand their cybersecurity and IT needs, and introduce I(TS)2’s solutions to create and expand opportunities.
The position requires strategic insight, effective relationship management, and sales leadership, involving collaboration with customers, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for KSA, targeting C-level executives (CIO/CISO) and driving revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and tender processes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across I(TS)2 solutions, including SOC/MSS, consulting, professional services, and training.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and align sales plans with objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain deep knowledge of I(TS)2 solutions, value propositions, and cybersecurity market trends.
- Monitor account performance, prepare plans, forecasts, and reports, and support finance on renewals and SLA compliance.
- Translate customers’ business needs, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity challenges into effective solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs/tenders.
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, engaging with key decision-makers, and conducting negotiations at the CXO level.
- A customer-focused and collaborative approach, with proven ability to manage and cultivate long-term client relationships effectively.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within a dynamic cybersecurity solutions environment.
