Foodics, established in 2014, is a prominent restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider headquartered in Riyadh. With offices across five countries, including UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait, Foodics serves customers and partners in over 35 countries globally. The company has successfully processed over 6 billion orders, positioning itself as a rapidly evolving SaaS company in the MENA region, supported by significant funding rounds.
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our full-time team in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving sales for our product through targeted outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, assessing customer fit, and guiding them through the sales pipeline to achieve closure.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets, maintaining a high closing ratio on qualified leads.
- Generate new leads by leveraging digital marketing campaigns and actively participating in industry networking events.
- Convert demo sessions into confirmed sales and establish relationships with new strategic partners.
- Maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure future sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems for meticulous tracking, reporting, and follow-up on customer-related projects and cases.
- Leverage data and CRM insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to generate a sales pipeline that is four times the monthly quota.
- Complete all scheduled training sessions on new product features and advanced sales techniques, achieving high scores on product knowledge assessments.
- Contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth, fostering a creative and dynamic startup attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- A BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: 4-5 years of direct sales experience in the Information Technology, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries. Talented fresh graduates with a passion for SaaS sales will also be considered.
- Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or F&B industry is highly valued.
- Restaurant operations experience is a plus.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal car, with a willingness to conduct fieldwork.
- Ability to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
