The Role: Senior Sales Representative

MGI is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves promoting advanced life science tools and achieving sales targets by providing professional solutions based on technical expertise in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional solutions to customers, leveraging technical skills in the NGS field, to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and respond promptly to technical inquiries, offering professional technical consultation services.
• Deliver product, technology, and solution training to distributors, collaborating to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor the latest technologies and trends in the NGS field, and develop close working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for effective product promotion.
• Participate in marketing activities, host technical seminars, and regularly provide product introductions, updates, and technical seminars to customers.
• Collect and provide feedback on market and competitor information to the marketing and R&D departments for strategic planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Genetics, or Bioinformatics.
• Familiarity with Next Generation Sequencing, genomics, genetics fields and markets, including gene sequencers or application areas.
• At least 2 years of sales or technical support experience with genetics/genomics-related instruments, demonstrating a strong service orientation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to accept challenges and tolerate stress.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and skills, and adaptable to frequent business trips.
• Established customer relationships are preferred.
• Demonstrated superior problem-solving and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing environment.
• Clear vision and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
