Job Description

About the Role

Delta System & Software is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join its Global HRIS team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the architecture, design, and deployment of complex global payroll solutions across diverse regions.

Role Context and Scope

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant will spearhead payroll rollouts across North America (NA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). A primary component of this role involves engineering and managing sophisticated payroll solutions for countries that lack default localization within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, requiring deep technical mastery of custom payroll rules and schemas.

Global Payroll Implementations

  • Lead full-lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across NA, APAC, and EMEA regions.
  • Design, configure, and manage custom ECP solutions for countries that do not have standard, out-of-the-box SAP/SuccessFactors localizations, including building custom tax frameworks, statutory reporting, and benefit calculations.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize the Payroll Control Center (PCC) to streamline payroll processing, validations, and error handling for global payroll administrators.

System Architecture and Configuration

  • Write, modify, and troubleshoot complex Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and payroll schemas to accommodate unique statutory and union/enterprise requirements globally.
  • Manage the Point-to-Point (PTP) integration between Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring seamless master data and time data replication.
  • Lead parallel testing phases, comparing legacy payroll results against ECP, identifying variances, and rectifying configuration discrepancies prior to Go-Live.

Strategic Advisory and Support

  • Actively monitor and apply SAP Notes and legal change packages (LSPs) to ensure ongoing regional compliance, specifically adapting these for custom-localized countries.
  • Partner closely with Global Payroll Managers, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with overarching business and compliance strategies.
  • Guide and mentor junior payroll consultants and internal payroll administrators on ECP best practices and system usage.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess a minimum of 6 years of specialized ECP and SAP Payroll experience. The position requires a highly analytical professional with deep technical mastery of custom payroll rules and schemas, capable of leading complex global payroll solution deployments.

Requirements
