Role Overview

The Senior Service Mapping / Configuration Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining service maps, identifying critical dependencies, and ensuring the accuracy of configuration items within the CMDB. This role is central to supporting robust service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business and technical service maps.
• Identify application, infrastructure, and service dependencies.
• Configure service mapping and CI relationships.
• Validate mapping accuracy and resolve dependency gaps.
• Support CMDB governance and service management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, with up to 10 years considered, in service mapping and configuration analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex IT environments and service dependencies.
