Senior Social Media Analyst

About the Role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Social Media Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social media and web presence for various brands, campaigns, and initiatives by analyzing post metrics. The analyst will provide professional reports and feedback to clients and social media/CX directors regarding campaign reception and potential adjustments.

Role Overview

The Senior Social Media Analyst is responsible for analyzing the performance of social media platforms and their associated content. This involves tracking metrics across individual posts and entire accounts, such as likes, shares, and retweets. The analyst will summarize findings in professional reports, which may be requested internally or externally to inform clients about their social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze social media post metrics to assess performance.
• Identify underperforming posts and document evidence of poor performance.
• Provide constructive feedback to content creators to facilitate improvements.
• Observe and report on follower engagement behaviors.
• Research emerging social media trends and tools.
• Stay informed on current events and pop culture to understand user behavior.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions of company or brand names to identify customer service issues or brand awareness opportunities.
• Analyze user data to identify behavioral patterns and improve content engagement.
• Create analytical reports with findings and recommendations for internal (*, sales, marketing) and external (*, customers, prospects) stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a social media role, as a content creator, or in a similar analytical position.
• Excellent knowledge of social media tools and current trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a professional team dedicated to social media analysis and client reporting.
