The Role: Senior Solutions Architect – Data & AI

Noventiq GCC is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Data & AI to independently lead customer engagements, shape complex solutions, and drive strategic conversations across business and technology stakeholders. This full-time, client-facing role requires ownership of the entire solution lifecycle, from discovery to proposal, with a specialization in modern data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML solutions on Azure. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for direct engagement with customers in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary solutions architect in customer discussions, owning conversations end-to-end without dependency.
• Lead CXO-level and technical workshops, translating business challenges into scalable Data & AI solutions.
• Independently drive solution discovery, architecture definition, and proposal creation.
• Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions, including modern data platforms (Data Warehouses, Lakehouse, real-time analytics), AI/ML solutions (predictive analytics, NLP, GenAI, copilots), and application architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
• Integrate data platforms with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, and custom applications.
• Define data strategies, API strategies, and application integration models, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and cost-optimized.
• Lead the technical component of bids, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Develop high-quality solution artifacts, including architecture diagrams, cost models, TCO optimization, implementation roadmaps, and value propositions aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate customer business goals into measurable data and AI outcomes, identifying opportunities for data modernization, AI adoption, and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams for seamless transition from presales to execution.
• Provide architectural oversight during initial delivery phases where needed and mentor junior architects and engineers on Data & AI and application architecture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant solutions architecture role, specializing in modern data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML solutions on Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently as a self-starter in high-stakes environments.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with a solution-selling mindset.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex enterprise data, AI, and application architectures.
• Mandatory fluency in Arabic for effective engagement with Middle East customers.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct client engagement and collaboration with various internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
