Senior Solutions Architect

About the Role

Think is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical pre-sales and customer success. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves expanding technical footprint across the region. The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as the primary technical authority, responsible for integrating Think's AI Nodes and ILM solutions into customer environments, considering specific workloads and constraints. This role requires daily direct engagement with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical solution design for major deals, translating customer requirements into effective hardware and software configurations.
• Conduct workshops, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept scoping sessions with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Manage the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician, including hiring, development, and maintaining team standards as the team expands.
• Oversee technical RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a clear point of view.
• Act as a liaison between sales and engineering, communicating customer feedback to the product team and providing technical assurance to customers.
• Manage technical onboarding processes and oversee deployments from initial kickoff to go-live.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical discussions and presentations with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications.
