This full-time role is crucial for identifying and securing new property opportunities that align with the company's expansion and business objectives. The specialist will focus on sourcing suitable locations, negotiating commercial terms, and building strong relationships within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential properties and locations that align with business expansion plans.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and assess real estate opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and real estate brokers.
• Evaluate potential sites based on location, accessibility, market potential, and business requirements.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate property assessments to ensure suitability.
• Analyze rental costs, market prices, and financial feasibility of potential locations.
• Prepare property proposals, market comparisons, and recommendations for management approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Operations, and Projects, to facilitate property acquisition and leasing.
• Manage the sourcing pipeline and follow up on property opportunities from identification to lease execution.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, negotiations, contracts, and landlord information.
• Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities to optimize rental costs and secure favorable lease terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, leasing procedures, and applicable real estate regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, pipeline progress, and secured locations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing or a similar field.
