Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist in Contracts Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the effective management and administration of contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Contracts Management (CORS) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration. This involves ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations, internal company policies, and all applicable regulations. The role supports various stages of contract engagement, from negotiation to performance monitoring and risk mitigation, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts from initiation through to close-out.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Provide support during contract negotiations.
• Review and process contract amendments and change requests.
• Monitor contractor performance against agreed terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks effectively.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial and operational outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role requires collaboration with various internal departments to ensure seamless contract operations and successful project delivery.
