Role Purpose and Contribution

The Senior Specialist, Line Balancing plays a critical role in unlocking operational value across Ma'aden's TechOps Full Potential program. This involves improving productivity, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role translates business objectives into measurable performance improvements through advanced analysis, capacity optimization, and operational excellence initiatives. By applying line balancing methodologies and data-driven decision making, this position enables sustainable improvements in throughput, workforce effectiveness, and asset utilization, directly supporting Ma'aden's transformation agenda.

Qualifications and Experience
