About the Senior Specialist, Line Balancing Role

Ma'aden is seeking a Senior Specialist, Line Balancing to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to unlocking operational value across Ma'aden's TechOps Full Potential program. The role focuses on improving productivity, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing overall operational efficiency by translating business objectives into measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize operational workflows through effective line balancing, capacity planning, and resource utilization strategies.
  • Improve productivity and throughput by identifying and addressing operational constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Enhance workforce and equipment efficiency through data-driven allocation and utilization models.
  • Deliver actionable operational insights to improve decision-making and performance outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support value realization.
  • Identify performance gaps and drive fact-based improvement initiatives through advanced analytics.
  • Accelerate Full Potential transformation initiatives that deliver measurable operational and business value.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities that strengthen productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Embed standard methodologies, best practices, and performance frameworks across operations.
  • Deliver operational improvement initiatives within agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and implementation activities to maximize delivery success.
  • Enable scalable and practical solutions aligned with operational requirements and long-term sustainability.
  • Build strong partnerships across operations, maintenance, engineering, digital, and support functions.
  • Align improvement initiatives with business priorities through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration that enables successful transformation outcomes.
  • Ensure initiatives comply with safety, governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen organizational capability through knowledge sharing, methodology development, and training support.
