About the Role

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is seeking a Senior Specialist Loyalty & Experiences to join their team in Riyadh. This role is an Employee position focused on enhancing brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall business objectives through strategic partnerships, event management, and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sponsorship and partnership plans for SAIB, including identifying suitable partners, managing contracts, and ensuring successful execution to boost brand visibility and achieve business goals.
• Participate in organizing key client events by initiating activation campaigns, establishing event guidelines, managing event finances, overseeing logistics, and organizing ticket distribution to ensure smooth execution and high participation.
• Document and support loyalty programs aimed at customer retention and satisfaction, implementing strategies that reward loyalty while aligning with SAIB's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute major events and campaigns that highlight SAIB's offerings and brand values to target audiences.

Operational Duties

• Understand and follow clearly articulated guidance to complete assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with sub-functional goals.
• Utilize allocated resources efficiently to complete tasks according to defined standards and within process boundaries.
• Comply with established policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work accuracy and consistency.
• Address simple, recurring issues independently while escalating complex challenges to appropriate stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement and Development

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in routine activities.
• Actively participate in pre-defined development initiatives, leveraging organizational resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
