About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - SDO to join its Strategy Development Office (SDO) in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves supporting strategic initiatives, driving key projects, and delivering actionable insights to contribute to Qiddiya’s vision and business objectives. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess performance metrics, and develop strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects across the organization.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases to support decision-making by senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate project outcomes.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies to optimize business performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant industry developments and innovations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in strategy development, business analysis, or project management.

Work Type

This is a full-time position requiring 3-5 years of experience.
