ServiceNow Architect

About the Role

HireAlpha is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with extensive experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM). This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves designing, implementing, and architecting ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for leading the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on expertise to ensure effective deployment and optimization of ITOM functionalities within client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the successful integration of ITOM solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Demonstrated strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including hands-on design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in architecting robust and scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a contract position requiring onsite deployment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates who are available to join on short notice are preferred for this role.
