ServiceNow Associate / Developer Role

Strike IT Recruitment Services is seeking a ServiceNow Associate / Developer to join a significant digital transformation program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position, initially for 6-12 months, with a strong potential for extension based on program needs and performance.

Program Context and Environment

The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced ServiceNow and technology team, engaging with a long-term program of work focused on enhancing digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform, including forms, fields, UI Policies, and platform components.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, and Variable Sets.
• Configure and support SLAs, approvals, and fulfilment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, subflows, and automated processes.
• Utilise JavaScript for the development and maintenance of Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Work with GlideRecord and other ServiceNow platform APIs.
• Support REST/SOAP and API-based integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across workflows, integrations, scripts, catalog configurations, and data mappings.
• Manage Update Sets and support deployments and migrations across ServiceNow environments.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Work Arrangement
