Services Renewal Account Manager at Oracle

Oracle is seeking a Services Renewal Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the timely renewal of both Hardware and Software support contracts for medium-sized to large customers within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating customers on business practices and contractual implications, ensuring their complete understanding of Oracle's comprehensive Support Services portfolio. This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and mitigate cancellation risks to retain and secure the existing contract base.
  • Identify and pursue "WINBACK" opportunities from previously cancelled contracts or instances where support was not included at the point of hardware sale.
  • Expand the assigned territory by selling Value-Added services, such as Extended Support or DDR Services, where appropriate.
  • Address and resolve exceptions for customers experiencing issues that may delay or prevent contract renewals.
  • Develop accurate forecasts for business targets and potential opportunities within the territory.
  • Identify and transfer high-potential leads to sales representatives for further development.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Key attributes and skills include:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in objection handling and a strong results orientation.
  • The ability to function as a Customer Success Manager, taking ownership of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and actively working to increase Oracle's wallet share within accounts.
