About the Services Sales Manager Role

Nutanix is seeking a results-driven Services Sales Manager with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in the Middle East market. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, offers the opportunity to drive service innovations and contribute to the company's growth while building lasting client relationships.

Team and Reporting Structure

You will be part of the dynamic and collaborative Professional Services team, dedicated to driving customer satisfaction and delivering tailored service solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. The team culture emphasizes high engagement and interdependence. This role reports to the Senior Services Sales Director, who fosters a supportive leadership style. While the role is based in the UAE with regular travel to the Dubai office, this specific position is located in Riyadh. Regular regional travel with occasional international travel is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, influencing transformation initiatives and shaping business outcomes by linking investment to measurable results.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Manage and lead the sales process for technical service offerings, focusing on customer needs and ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve joint customer engagement.
  • Develop new Services offerings tailored to the Middle East market requirements.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to technical sales engineers and account managers.
  • Work with Delivery Teams and Enterprise Architects to validate service offer contents and effort estimations.
  • Assess and improve team collaboration to address service complexity and value demonstration challenges.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong expertise in service offerings and solutions.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or technical consulting roles.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales and sales of sizable service engagements.
  • Experience in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational engagements using disruptive technologies.
  • Ability to assess customer technical environments and build proposals.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.

Work Arrangement
