About the Digital Sales Manager Role

Technogym is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving growth, retention, and customer satisfaction for Technogym's digital solutions. The role requires a blend of sales, project implementation, education, and customer relationship management, with a focus on digital services, software, hardware, and devices.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Digital Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving sales and profitability targets for Technogym's digital offerings. This includes monitoring the performance of the digital portfolio, identifying gaps and opportunities, and coordinating a network of Digital Sales Specialists to ensure alignment with company culture and productivity standards. The role also involves supporting Field Sales and Key Accounts in pre-sales activities, providing product training, and building rapport with key stakeholders to promote the digital offering.

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for digital services, software, hardware, and devices.
  • Monitor the performance of the digital portfolio, including sales, users, installations, and renewal rates.
  • Coordinate the network of Digital Sales Specialists to ensure productivity and adherence to company culture.
  • Support Field Sales and Key Accounts in pre-sales activities and product training.
  • Build rapport with CTOs, CIOs, and CDOs to promote the digital offering and ensure execution.
  • Create partnerships with local membership software companies and approved third parties.
  • Provide reliable forecast and pipeline management.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and product features, providing market feedback to HQ.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Managers to define tailored solutions for vertical markets.
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor discounts to optimize profitability.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and commercial activities to generate leads.
  • Develop best practices based on customer case histories to promote digital solutions.
  • Lead the team to maximize performance, people development, and engagement.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and digital technology, demonstrating a proactive, determined, and achievement-driven approach. Strong consulting, leadership, and customer relationship skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working within a team and have an international perspective. A proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset is key to success in this role.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a B2B field position, preferably in premium sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in web, social media, ICT devices and tools, and cloud services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM knowledge and implementation experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling services, particularly digital solutions.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness.
