About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Digital Solutions to join a leading global premium wellness and technology brand in Riyadh. This full-time position is with a company that operates internationally across more than 150 countries, recognized for delivering innovative fitness, wellness, and connected digital solutions to both consumer and commercial clients. This role is for a commercially driven and consultative sales professional within a premium, fast-paced, and technology-led environment.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to drive growth across digital services, software, subscriptions, and connected solutions within the Saudi market. The position combines B2B sales, account management, digital consulting, and customer success elements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with enterprise and key account clients to support their digital transformation and foster long-term customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across digital services, software, hardware, and connected solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise and key account clients.
  • Support sales teams with digital solution consulting and pre-sales activities.
  • Monitor digital portfolio performance, subscriptions, and customer engagement.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and commercial performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build partnerships with third-party providers and software partners.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer teams.
  • Drive customer retention and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Lead and support digital sales specialists where required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales.
  • 3-5+ years of experience specifically in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience selling digital solutions, SaaS, software, subscriptions, or service-led products.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise and senior-level stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management experience.
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship-building ability.
