About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall organization and efficiency of the showroom. The role involves direct customer interaction, effective inventory management, and coordination with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational excellence.

Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Provide a professional welcome to customers within the showroom and maintain a high level of service, meeting their needs.
  • Guide customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, calculating quantities, and assisting with color and product coordination.
  • Facilitate the invoicing process and ensure proper delivery of goods, ensuring customer satisfaction both before and after sales.
  • Achieve established sales targets as per the sales plan.
  • Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.
  • Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom and Inventory Management

  • Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times.
  • Assure that all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
  • Secure a good stock of all items, especially well-moving ones, by applying the policy for ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels for each item.
  • Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to avoid dead stock.
  • Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
  • Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Operational Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate effectively with all showroom personnel, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and ensure daily deposit of sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports about competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement

  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement company policies and instructions diligently.
  • Maintain order and discipline within the showroom.
  • Execute all activities related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods.
  • Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and enhance value.

General Duties

The Showroom Sales Representative will also perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager to support showroom operations and sales objectives.
