About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, and upholding high service standards throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Greet customers, introduce company products, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with quantity calculations, color coordination, and product selection to meet their specific needs.
• Process invoices and coordinate effectively with showroom assistants, workers, and drivers to ensure proper delivery of goods.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan and contribute to management goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item requirements and current stock levels.
• Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the direct manager when necessary.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Management

• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness, ensuring all marketing tools such as brochures and catalogs are readily available.
• Ensure optimal stock levels, particularly for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Report any missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Oversee the proper arrangement of goods in warehouses according to company policy to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Maintain overall order and presentation within the showroom.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Financial and Performance Reporting

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and ensure the daily deposit of sales cash into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure strict implementation of company policies and instructions.
• Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and add value.
• Perform all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.

General Information

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires adherence to company policies and may involve undertaking any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
