Site Project Engineer

About the Role

Midis Group is seeking a Site Project Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 3-5 years of experience. The Site Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and engineering construction projects, ensuring the proper implementation of project deliverables, and providing technical advice to on-site staff.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The Site Project Engineer will supervise site operations, provide technical guidance, and maintain project quality and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and performance of site projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework to measure project metrics and data collection while recommending improvements.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure project compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Proven ability to supervise and provide technical advice on site.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working on site to oversee project execution and manage teams. The role requires regular coordination with the direct manager and internal stakeholders.
