Engineer Site Project

About the Role

MDS for Computer Systems (MDS CS) is seeking a Site Project Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring their successful implementation and adherence to project deliverables.

Role Overview

The Site Project Engineer provides technical guidance and supervision to on-site staff, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The role involves coordinating various project aspects and maintaining communication with management regarding project progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and performance of site projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework to measure project metrics and data collection while recommending improvements.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure project compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing and engineering construction projects.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide technical advice effectively.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and operates on a full-time basis. The Site Project Engineer will work closely with the direct manager and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
