About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for bridging functional and technical requirements at the module level, focusing on technical specifications, basic configuration, and initial system troubleshooting. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support clients by translating functional needs into technical specifications, performing essential system configurations, and addressing initial technical issues within specific modules. This involves a blend of technical assistance and documentation to ensure smooth system operation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements and assist in translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Perform coding, configuration, and minor customisations in adherence to defined design and development standards.
• Support integration testing by validating interface behaviour and identifying basic technical issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting activities and resolving fundamental technical issues related to module performance or configuration.
• Contribute to preparing user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artefacts for specific modules.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in outlining technical specifications and performing basic system configurations.
• Experience with troubleshooting initial system issues and supporting integration testing.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team environment, supporting client requirements and ensuring system reliability.
