Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves executing required customizations, applying configuration changes across multiple modules within existing systems, and supporting the implementation of business processes. The position requires 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications aligned with project goals.
• Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, identifying preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, based on an understanding of functional and technical linkages.
• Execute necessary customizations, apply configuration changes across various modules within the existing system, and support the implementation of business processes.
• Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess data flow between various applications.
• Analyze performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to execute customizations and manage configuration changes.
• Experience with business process implementation support.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Wipro's operational framework. The role involves working with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
