Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a Content Creator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging marketing and educational content that promotes the training programs, diplomas, and professional courses offered by our training institute, thereby enhancing our digital presence and attracting prospective trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative content ideas for marketing training courses, diplomas, and professional programs.
• Write marketing scripts and develop engaging hooks to capture audience attention.
• Film and produce short video clips suitable for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
• Create informative content about training programs, course features, registration requirements, and associated career opportunities.
• Film trainers and trainees, conduct interviews, and provide field coverage for events and training programs.
• Produce simplified educational content in engineering and professional fields, coordinating with specialists.
• Develop promotional content for programs, offers, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Monitor trends and integrate them into content production, aligning with the institute's identity and target audience.
• Participate in presenting videos and appearing on camera when necessary.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop ideas and execute the content plan.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase views, engagement, inquiries, and registrations.
• Adhere to the institute's visual identity and approved publishing schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in writing marketing scripts and crafting advertising messages.
• Ability to film videos and produce short, engaging content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of the algorithms and requirements of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat platforms.
• Ability to generate marketing ideas targeting students, engineers, and professionals seeking skill development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct interviews and present content on camera.
• Creativity, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Previous experience in the training, education, or services marketing sector is preferred.

Work Environment

• Filming both inside and outside the institute as needed to cover programs and events.
• Develop diverse content that combines awareness, education, and direct promotion of training programs.
