The Role

Dr Scent SA is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for leading digital marketing activities within the dynamic Saudi market. The role requires a professional with a strong passion for social media, paid advertising, and influencer marketing, dedicated to building a robust brand presence. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and expand Dr Scent's social media platforms across Saudi Arabia.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Manage online communities by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer engagement.

Strategic Engagement and Performance

• Build and manage relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate closely with Dr Scent's Head Office in the United Arab Emirates to ensure alignment with regional marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
• Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience within the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is highly preferred for this position.
