About the Role

Warwick Group, a digital media and international marketing company based in Riyadh, is seeking a full-time Social Media Platform Operator. This role is central to managing and expanding the company's social media presence across various platforms, engaging with audiences, and supporting online marketing initiatives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Social Media Platform Operator plays a crucial role in enhancing online visibility and driving commercial outcomes. This position focuses on converting audience engagement into tangible business opportunities and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy with a strong commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media accounts daily, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
• Publish, maintain, and optimize content across all designated platforms.
• Respond professionally to comments and direct messages, aiming to improve account activity and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the team on online promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Track platform performance, prepare basic reports, and utilize data to enhance content and operational results.
• Apply a sales-oriented mindset to identify potential leads and support conversion opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in social media operations or community management is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong commercial awareness and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to publish and optimize content, respond to users effectively, and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Basic capability to review platform data and improve performance based on analytical results.
• High school diploma or equivalent degree is expected; no specific academic major is required.

Compensation and Work Schedule

This full-time position offers a basic salary ranging from SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000+ per month, dependent on experience, along with a negotiable performance commission structure based on results. High-performing employees will have opportunities for promotion.

Working hours are Saturday through Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including required break periods. Friday is the designated weekly day off. The schedule may be adjusted in accordance with applicable Saudi labor requirements.
