The Role of Soft Services Specialist

Jasara PMC is seeking a Soft Services Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the delivery and monitoring of soft services across assigned facilities and assets within Qiddiya. The specialist will oversee various services to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily soft services activities across assigned facilities and public areas.
• Ensure cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services meet established standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct routine inspections to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Monitor contractor performance and report service deficiencies, supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
• Verify the completion of work orders and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify and report operational risks, hazards, and non-compliance issues.
• Respond to inquiries and support the resolution of service-related complaints from customers, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, soft services operations, hospitality, property management, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing service providers and contractors is preferred.
• Experience working within large-scale developments, mixed-use communities, entertainment destinations, or public venues is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on supporting operations within Qiddiya. The role involves working within a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and adherence to high service standards.
