The Role of Software Engineer, React Native

This full-time position for a Software Engineer, React Native, is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is central to Mnzil's core product, as the mobile application serves as the primary platform for tenants to find, book, and manage their workforce housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of the React Native application across both iOS and Android platforms, translating product and design specifications into functional, reliable, and high-quality features. This is a hands-on development role for an individual focused on the quality of shipped products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Mnzil's React Native application for iOS and Android.
Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality, production-ready features.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI inconsistencies, and application crashes proactively.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Produce clean, well-structured, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to elevating engineering standards.
Identify technical debt and propose improvements proactively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in debugging complex mobile issues, including rendering performance, memory management, and device-specific behaviors.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment where requirements may evolve.
Clear communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
