About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join its technology team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience in solution design and technology leadership, focusing on creating robust and innovative technical solutions.

Role Purpose

In this strategic position, the Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and provide guidance on solution design and technology selection.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance business performance.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Support software development teams during implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Review application architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure to ensure best practices.
• Participate in project planning, technical estimations, and risk assessments.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architectural best practices across the organization.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, business strategy, and technology initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in solution design, cloud technologies, systems integration, and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Imploy's technology team. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams and stakeholders.
