• Design and deliver technical outcomes using the Cisco portfolio, aligning with customer strategic business goals.
• Architect comprehensive, multi-architecture solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI to build resilient platforms for customer digital success.
• Lead end-to-end technical strategy and customized proofs-of-value to address critical technical challenges for customers.
• Advise executive-level stakeholders on modern IT complexities and emerging AI opportunities.
• Provide critical feedback between customers and internal engineering and product development teams to influence future Cisco products.
