About the Opportunity

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist – Land Cost & Valuation to join its Master Development Unit Financing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for an early-career Saudi National professional with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting the development and enhancement of the land cost model for Qiddiya city.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Specialist will contribute to detailed land cost allocation work, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the masterplanning process, subdivision, land servicing, and financial outcomes. This position offers exposure to various internal functions and stakeholders, including master development district teams, cost planning, implementation, and the broader MDU Financing team, supporting land commercial analysis and the masterplanning process. Day-to-day activities involve supporting the preparation and enhancement of the land cost model, collecting and validating data input, and assisting in the preparation of analytical outputs and presentation materials to inform land development and financing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the land cost model for citywide and district-level analysis.
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and validating input from multiple business units and technical stakeholders.
• Support land cost allocation across districts, plots, and development phases using defined methodologies.
• Prepare analytical outputs to support land development and financing decisions.
• Track assumptions, dependencies, and data gaps across workstreams.
• Support the Land Cost & Valuation team with day-to-day requirements, including preparing presentations, analysis packs, and reporting materials.
• Support scenario testing analysis for land development and financing decisions.
• Proactively identify issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in datasets or processes.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
