Specialist Supplier Park Financial Controlling

About the Role

CEER is seeking a Specialist Supplier Park Financial Controlling to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the financial aspects of the Supplier Park Project, focusing on planning, analysis, and control. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic financial decisions within the manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the Supplier Park Project.
• Track and control spending for the Supplier Park Project.
• Develop and prepare financial reports.
• Report to the Manufacturing Controller on CAPEX and investment control processes.
• Control and report CAPEX commitment, payments, balance to commit, and balance to pay to relevant operating areas.
• Provide cash flow spending projections to treasury and related departments.
• Ensure the accuracy and robustness of financial control tools, including ERP systems and Excel.
• Track purchasing requisitions and perform necessary entries and controls in the ERP system to maintain CAPEX budget control.
• Support meetings with Supplier Operations team members to develop forecasts for project plan deviations and mitigation strategies.

Relationship Management

• Provide direct support to the Controller Assistant Manager.
• Act as a gatekeeper for CAPEX, Construction, and Facilities Investment inputs.
• Advise co-workers and stakeholders on financial changes impacting the business.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, planning, and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in CAPEX and investment control processes.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial control tools.
