SPECIALIST WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS DEVELOPMENT

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Specialist, Warehouse Operations Development to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for supporting the continuous improvement of warehouse operations through detailed analysis and strategic implementation of enhancement initiatives. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the development and ongoing improvement of warehouse operations. This involves process analysis, performance monitoring, operational coordination, and the implementation of improvement initiatives. A key focus is placed on enhancing efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational development through process analysis and the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support and monitor performance to identify areas for enhancement.
• Coordinate effectively across functions and with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage inventory and optimize resource utilization.

General Duties

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure quality requirements are met and contribute to developing effective quality control processes.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined work area.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations development or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in HR-related aspects of operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within alfanar Group. The role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
