About the Role

OarccEgypt is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with various communication and swallowing disorders. The role involves developing personalized therapy plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide specialized speech and language therapy services. The therapist will be responsible for identifying and addressing speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across different age groups. This involves a commitment to patient-centered care and continuous monitoring of therapeutic progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for children and/or adults.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
  • Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on home-based therapy techniques.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Requires 0-1 years of professional experience in speech and language therapy.

Collaboration and Professional Standards

The Speech and Language Therapist will work collaboratively within a broader healthcare framework. This includes active participation in multidisciplinary teams and adherence to professional and ethical guidelines to ensure high standards of care.

  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, clinical practices, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
