The Role of SPMU Artist

As an SPMU Artist at BRAU. in Riyadh, you will deliver semi-permanent makeup and brow grooming treatments within a premium environment. This full-time role involves building client relationships and contributing to the brand's reputation for excellence. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in relevant treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) treatments, including microblading, ombre brow, and lip blush techniques.
• Perform brow treatments such as shaping, tinting, and lamination.
• Provide consultations and professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
• Guide clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding of treatments.
• Address client needs and concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Promote and upsell products, services, and packages as appropriate.
• Manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the salon.
• Identify and implement new beauty treatments based on market trends.
• Perform all treatments exclusively at the BRAU. salon.
• Participate in marketing events, including pop-ups, complementary treatments for influencers and models, and photo shoots.
• Assess and onboard new artists on BRAU. services.
• Provide training to BRAU. artists when required and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality treatment standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) treatments, including microblading, ombré brows, lash line, and lip blush.
• Demonstrated technical precision with strong knowledge of symmetry, facial mapping, and pigment application.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach and high standards of customer service.
• Sales-driven with the ability to confidently recommend treatments, aftercare, and retail products to support business growth.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rotating shifts, weekends, and business needs.
• Solid understanding of salon protocols, hygiene standards, and professional SPMU practices.

Work Environment

This role is based in the BRAU. salon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time position within a premium beauty environment, focusing on client service and artistic precision.
