Sr. Specialist Corporate Planning and Excellence

About the Role

Sehati for Information Technology Services is seeking a Sr. Specialist Corporate Planning and Excellence to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting corporate performance management and strategic planning initiatives within the organization. The specialist will contribute to developing and implementing frameworks that drive excellence and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and corporate performance management framework.
• Participate in managing the governance model, policies, procedures, and tools related to corporate performance management.
• Support the execution of the annual corporate performance measurement and improvement plan.
• Contribute to the development of Sehati's KPIs based on strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage the development and update of Sehati's performance card, including strategic objectives, weights, strategic KPIs, calculation methods, data sources, and accountability.
• Manage the cascading of Sehati's KPIs to all organizational units.
• Assist organizational units in establishing planned targets and outcomes and developing performance measures.
• Handle the collection and analysis of data to measure corporate performance and identify variations against approved KPIs.
• Execute the evaluation of corporate performance and identify opportunities for improvement based on evaluation results.
• Prepare reports on KPI measurements and corporate performance evaluations.
• Support organizational units in developing effective action plans to improve performance.
• Participate in monitoring the corporate performance process to ensure timely and high-quality completion with accurate input.
• Support the HR team in cascading organizational performance objectives into individual objectives as part of the individual performance management process.
• Assist in developing and updating the Balanced Scorecard related to strategic planning and performance based on Sehati's strategic plans and objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a relevant field. A Balanced Scorecard Certificate is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
