SR.SPECIALIST MIDDLEWARE SERVICES

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a SR.SPECIALIST, MIDDLEWARE SERVICES to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting, configuring, and maintaining middleware platforms and integration services to ensure reliable communication between enterprise applications. The specialist will be responsible for stable middleware operations through installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, security compliance, and documentation, while delivering effective integration solutions across IT environments. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware software solutions.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft integration platforms, including BizTalk Server, Azure Integration Services, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid, along with .NET applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and availability.
• Perform regular updates and patches to middleware software.
• Design, build, and configure middleware integration solutions across multiple platforms and environments.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication between different applications.
• Support integration with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Integration platforms, SharePoint, Azure API Management, and .NET applications.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Implement security measures to protect middleware environments.
• Ensure middleware services meet enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and compliance.
• Implement and manage automated deployment, failover, and backup strategies for middleware services.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience in middleware services and integration platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
