Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the smooth processing of sales inquiries and ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of quotations. The Sr. Tendering Engineer will coordinate project activities to contribute to efficient task execution and foster a collaborative environment that supports project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process sales inquiries, ensuring all requirements are complete and clear.
• Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations.
• Ensure that all quotations align with customer specifications and internal company standards.

Tendering Activities

• Execute all tendering activities from the initial inquiry stage through to final submission within established timelines.
• Analyze project requirements to develop compliant and optimized proposals.
• Provide support for prequalification processes and documentation requirements as needed.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience for this role.
