Role Overview

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Sr. Staff Project Manager, Retail Development, to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Lucid retail and service facilities across the Middle East. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role is central to ensuring that all projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Lucid's brand, technical, and operational standards. The Sr. Staff Project Manager acts as the primary coordination point throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility assessment through final handover, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Project Planning and Initiation

• Support network expansion plans by conducting feasibility assessments, site readiness evaluations, and project scoping.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Support budget development, cost estimates, and approval processes in collaboration with the Finance team.

Design, Procurement, and Delivery Management

• Coordinate design development to ensure compliance with Lucid brand standards and operational requirements.
• Support tendering processes, contractor selection, and technical evaluations in line with established governance frameworks.
• Manage consultants and contractors through all project stages, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, identify and manage risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities for new facilities.
• Ensure all facilities achieve launch readiness and certification prior to activation.
• Support operations teams with continuous improvement and construction updates for existing facilities, outside the scope of the facility maintenance team.

Coordination and Reporting

• Prepare structured project status reports detailing progress, risks, costs, and upcoming steps.
• Serve as the primary coordination point among commercial teams, procurement, the Capital Projects team, IT, Security, and external partners.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting, and ensure audit readiness.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Sr. Staff Project Manager role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within retail development or similar facility expansion projects. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation through handover, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
