About the Stewarding Supervisor Role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position contributes to the operational excellence of the hotel's culinary and beverage services by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the stewarding department.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Stewarding Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the stewarding department, directly contributing to the success of the kitchen and food & beverage departments. This involves ensuring that all aspects of the guest food and beverage experience are delivered to the highest standard. The role requires a proactive approach to enhancing guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and resolving issues.

• Support the efficient functioning of the stewarding department, enabling kitchen and F&B teams to focus on guest service.
• Proactively work to improve guest satisfaction and comfort through timely responses and problem resolution.
• Achieve departmental plans and objectives, contributing to overall hotel targets.
• Supervise the stewarding team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
• Control costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Oversee the planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to uphold cleanliness standards and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practices, maintaining documentation for audits and performing follow-up actions as required.

Qualifications and Experience
