The Opportunity: Stewarding Supervisor

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for an individual who will contribute expertise and dedication to excellence in stewarding operations, ensuring a seamless culinary experience for guests. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the stewarding department, assisting kitchen and food & beverage teams in delivering high-level guest experiences.
• Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest enquiries and resolving issues.
• Deliver on plans and objectives to achieve stewarding initiatives and hotel targets.
• Supervise the stewarding team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
• Ensure effective control of costs and inventory, and attain established productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance program to maintain high cleanliness standards and address maintenance matters.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, with due diligence requirements and best practice activities planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audits, performing follow-up as required.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Stewarding Supervisor position should have 5-10 years of experience in stewarding operations or a related field within the hospitality industry. The role requires individuals with demonstrated skills in team supervision, operational management, cost control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance. A commitment to operational excellence and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
