Stewarding Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Stewarding Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing strategic oversight of all stewarding operations across the property, ensuring the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, including daily coordination, distribution, storage, and maintenance of essential items such as china, glassware, linen, and silver, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance, overseeing the security, maintenance, and optimal functionality of all food service equipment.
• Set and enforce sanitation standards by developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance with sanitation procedures to meet the highest hygiene and safety regulations in all food and beverage areas.
• Optimize department costs by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving strategies to support operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspire and develop the team through recruitment, training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or University Degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Possession of a relevant license or certification.
• Proficiency in required languages.
